ABOUT
MOTION MEDIA
Motion Media exists for cheer and dancer athletes who care deeply about how they show up — and for studios and programs who know that representation matters.
Led by Tyler Lamb and Eric Ernst, Motion Media is shaped by years spent inside various environments — on game days, in studios, and on stages and competition floors — working alongside athletes and coaches. That experience informs an approach that is intentional, athlete-first, and grounded in respect for the work behind the performance.
Tyler brings a strong sense of timing and presence, understanding when a moment matters most. Eric complements that vision through disciplined lighting and structure, ensuring each image is built thoughtfully and consistently. Together, they share a simple standard: do the work carefully, or don’t do it at all.
Motion Media isn’t about making athletes look different.
It’s about presenting the best version of who they already are — confident, strong, and fully seen.
This work is for those who value quality over volume and recognize that the smallest details, handled well, make the biggest difference.
Not louder.
Not trend-driven.
Just done the right way — every time.
Motion Media provides premium coverage for cheer and dance programs.
Services include studio photography, game day coverage, and show or competition coverage — ranging from individual athlete sessions to full studio brand days and selective nationals coverage. Every project is approached with the same standard of care, whether in a controlled studio environment, competition floor or a football stadium.
Availability is limited each season to maintain quality and consistency.
Motion Media works with cheer and dance studios, collegiate programs, schools, and individual athletes. The focus is on teams and individuals who value quality, consistency, and thoughtful representation.
We're best suited for programs and studios that value quality over volume and understand the importance of consistent, intentional imagery. The work is collaborative and detail-driven, designed for teams who care about how they are represented.
Motion Media follows a consistent approach built around preparation, intention, and attention to detail. While the process adapts slightly depending on whether the work is studio-based, game day, or competition coverage, the standard remains the same. Additional detail on each approach is outlined within the corresponding service sections below.

If you’re located elsewhere, travel fees may apply, but Motion Media is always open to coming to you if it’s the right fit.
